A real break, in a box. Five treatments designed to follow one another from start to finish: the candle you light, the bath that fizzes, the mask that rests, the scrub that awakens the skin, the patches that erase the night.

Everything is handmade in Quebec, in small quantities, with ingredients you can name.

What's in the box

• 2 oz Soy Candle — to set the mood from the very first minute
• 70 g Bath Bombs (2 cubes) — water that becomes soft and fragrant
• 6 g Clay and Oat Mask — designed for sensitive skin
• 3-in-1 Sugar Scrub — exfoliates, cleanses and hydrates in one go
• Collagen Eye Patches — the final refreshing touch for your eyes

The ritual, in order

1. Light the candle and let the room settle.
2. Draw your bath, place a bath bomb cube in the water.
3. Apply the mask to clean skin, leave on for 10 to 15 minutes, then rinse.
4. On damp skin, massage the scrub in circular motions, then rinse.
5. Finish with the under-eye patches, 15 minutes, eyes closed.

Choose your ambiance

• I'm taking it easy — lavender, chamomile, vanilla, ylang-ylang. For the evening, when you just want things to slow down.
• I'm relaxing in the woods — balsam fir, Nordic forest, bergamot, cedar. The smell of a chalet in the middle of winter.
• I'm recharging — eucalyptus, petitgrain bigarade, cedar. It clears, it breathes, it puts ideas back in place.
• I'm starting anew — rosemary, lemon, peppermint. Sharp and clean, for mornings that start badly.
